To receive a Cash App Card, you will need to verify your account using your full name, date of birth, the last 4 digits of your SSN, and your mailing address.

We may request additional information if we are unable to verify your account using this information. You must be 13+ (with a sponsored account) or 18 and older to apply for a Cash App Card.
