Cash App provides all customers with certain options to control their personal data.

Customers may be entitled certain rights with respect to their personal information (subject to legal exceptions), such as:

• The right to access their personal information;

• The right to delete their personal information;

• The right to opt-out of the "sale" of their personal information or sharing of their personal information for purposes of certain ‘targeted advertising’ known as cross-context behavioral advertising. Cash App does not sell our customers' personal information. If you are a visitor to our website, you can exercise your right to opt-out of targeted advertising by clicking the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of our website.

Cash App extends the option to access and delete personal information to all customers.

To access and download a copy of your personal information:

1. Log into your Cash App account in a web browser at cash.app/account

2. At the bottom of the left toolbar, click Account to open your settings

3. Under Security and privacy, scroll down and click Download your info

4. You'll download a .csv file containing your Cash App personal information

If you would like to permanently delete your account and personal information from Cash App:

1. Go to your account profile in the top right corner

2. Scroll down and choose Support

3. Navigate to Account & Settings

4. Open the "Delete Your Personal Information" article

5. Choose Chat to start the process
