To make a sale:

1. Enter the amount on the keypad as normal, then select the Tap to Pay icon, located in between the Request and Pay buttons on the keypad.

2. Describe the purchase.

3. Present your iPhone to the customer.

4. Your customer holds their contactless card or device at the top of your iPhone, over the contactless symbol where it says Hold Here to Pay.

5. When you see the Done checkmark, the card read is complete and the transaction is being processed. Once the sale is completed, you’ll receive confirmation of the sale.

6. If you’d like to send a receipt to the customer, choose Send receipt. We’ll prompt your customer to choose an email or text receipt and to provide their contact info. After they’ve entered their contact info, they will receive a receipt.
