Tap to Pay on iPhone Troubleshooting

There are a few reasons why you might receive a “Something’s wrong” message when attempting a sale.

If your sale could not be completed, make sure:

  • Your internet connection is stable

  • Your device’s software is up-to-date

  • Your device is supported

  • You don’t exit the screen before completing payment

  • You are not on a phone call while using Tap to Pay

  • Your passcode is set up

  • You are signed in to the correct Apple Account
