Tap to Pay on iPhone Troubleshooting
There are a few reasons why you might receive a “Something’s wrong” message when attempting a sale.
If your sale could not be completed, make sure:
Your internet connection is stable
Your device’s software is up-to-date
Your device is supported
You don’t exit the screen before completing payment
You are not on a phone call while using Tap to Pay
Your passcode is set up
You are signed in to the correct Apple Account
