To use Cash App Afterpay and your initial spending amount, you’ll need to sign up first. You can do this either in Cash App or by selecting Cash App Afterpay as the payment method when checking out with participating online stores.

To sign up in-app: 

1. Go to the Money tab

2. Select “Afterpay”

3. Select “Shop now”

4. Choose an Afterpay partner

5. Choose continue and follow the prompts

To sign up during checkout: 

1. Select Afterpay as your payment method

2. Scan the QR code or enter your phone number to open Cash App

3. Follow the prompts in Cash App

If you made an Afterpay purchase without your Cash App account and you are not seeing your purchase in Cash App, please check the Afterpay app.
