Someone Sent Me a Payment That’s Pending

When someone sends you money, it might show as “Pending” and need your approval before it is deposited into your balance.

How to Accept Your Payment

  1. Tap the Activity tab

  2. Find the payment marked as Pending

  3. Tap on the payment

  4. Tap Accept to receive the funds

Don't See the Payment?

The money might’ve been sent to a different phone number or email associated with a different Cash App account you made previously. Here’s how to check:

  1. Tap the Profile icon

  2. Tap Sign Out

  3. Sign in with the phone number or email you think the payment was sent to

  4. If you see the payment, follow the steps above to accept it
