If you would like to permanently delete your account and personal information with Cash App installed:

1. Go to your account profile in the top right corner

2. Scroll down and choose Support

3. Navigate to Close Your Cash App Account

4. Tap Close Your Cash App Account

If you would like to permanently delete your account and personal information without Cash App installed:

Please contact support by phone at (800) 969-1940. Alternatively, you can contact Support through chat to cancel your account. To do so:

1. Select 'Start a Chat'

2. Scan the QR code with your mobile device

3. Download the app

4. Tap your Profile in the upper right hand corner

5. Scroll down and tap Support

6. Tap 'Chat' at the bottom of the page
