Your Account Is Closed

Your Cash App account was closed because of activity that goes against our Terms of Service. If you believe this is an error, tap the button below to contact Support to attempt to appeal the decision.

After you Contact Support, your account closure will be reviewed to determine if it's eligible for an appeal. If so, the appropriate team will review your account to determine whether your account can be re-enabled.

Please note that the review process may take up to 30 days, but we will contact you as soon as the review is complete.

In the meantime, you will no longer be able to use most features in the app, but you can still withdraw your funds plus sell any stocks or bitcoin.

Any pending direct deposits will be returned to the originator within 3-5 business days. Reach out to the originator directly with new instructions for these deposits.

To withdraw any remaining funds:

  1. Select the Money tab on your Cash App home screen

  2. Select Cash Out

  3. Select an amount and deposit speed

  4. If required, confirm using biometrics or your PIN

If you have trouble cashing out, you may need to link a new debit card or bank account. Your funds should be available within 1–3 business days, and may be deposited instantly depending on your selected deposit speed.

Please note, if an account was opened and linked to a closed Cash App account, the linked account will also be closed.
