You can read more about viewing your monthly statement here.

How do I check the status of a dispute?

You will receive an in-app notification, email, and an updated status in the dispute details in your Cash App when we have an update on your dispute. You can view that information in your Cash App by following these steps:

  2. Select the payment being disputed

Investigation timeline

Once you submit a dispute, our team will investigate your claim and reach out with an update via email and a notification in the app within 10 business days. If we are unable to complete the investigation within 10 business days, we will provide a provisional credit to your account at that time while the investigation continues. The complete investigation may take up to 45 days.

When we complete our investigation, we will notify you of the results via email and a notification in your app. Please note that provisional credits are only issued for eligible disputes and do not include disputes concerning goods and services not received or not as described, and the investigation into these claims may take longer. Please see our Terms of Service for more information.
