Square Loyalty Rewards
Customers who sign up for Loyalty programs through Square merchants can track their status in Cash App. This gives customers an easy way to track their rewards, plus access to incredible Cash App features like Cash App Card, offers, direct deposit, stock & bitcoin investing, and more.
How to view my rewards
To view a business rewards page, tap on a business profile from the Activity feed. You can view a summary of your rewards with participating merchants to see your total accumulated points, unlocked and locked rewards, and payment history at a particular business.
How to redeem my rewards
To redeem a reward on an in-store purchase, provide the cashier with your name or phone number during checkout and select your reward.
For online purchases:
- Click Redeem Now under ‘Payment Information’ when prompted during checkout
- Select your reward
- Click Redeem Reward
Troubleshooting potential issues
In order to receive Square Loyalty rewards, purchases must be made at participating Square Sellers. Purchases made at non-participating retailers will not receive rewards.
To ensure that you can track your rewards, check that your phone linked to your Cash App account is up to date.
