Every time you’re sent a payment, it’ll be logged in your Activity. To check your Activity (and locate a recent payment), tap the Activity tab on your Cash App home screen, then tap the payment you’d like to review to see its status.

If you’re sent a payment by accident, you can return the funds to the sender. To refund a cash payment, navigate to your in-app activity, tap the payment and tap Refund.

Missing Payment

Payment Pending

Most Cash App payments are available instantly. Sometimes for your protection, we ask you to verify payments to make sure they're being sent to the right place.

Missing Payment

If a payment is missing from your activity feed, it may have been sent to a different phone number, email address, or £Cashtag associated with you.

Payment Pending

If your payment wasn't completed instantly, you may need to take action.

Cancelling a Payment

Cash App to Cash App payments are instant and usually can’t be canceled.

Payment Cancelled

All Cash App transactions are subject to review and may be cancelled for security reasons.

Cash App supports international payments between the US and the UK
