TD Ameritrade (AMTD) has been acquired by Charles Schwab (SCHW). As part of this transaction, AMTD ceased trading on the Nasdaq exchange beginning 10/6/2020 and can no longer be bought or sold. All shareholders of TD Ameritrade will receive 1.0837 shares of Charles Schwab (SCHW) for every TD Ameritrade (AMTD) share previously held. Fractional shareholders will receive shares of SCHW proportional to their holdings of AMTD.
