Cash Card is a Visa debit card generated by Cash App that you can use to pay merchants and retailers with the funds in your Cash App.
Your Cash Card is unique to Cash App and isn’t connected to your bank. This is separate from your personal debit card linked to your Cash App.
Cash Card is a free Visa debit card attached to your Cash App.
In order to get the Cash Card, we are required to verify your account by collecting your full name, date of birth, the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, and the mailing address for the card.
Please note that in order to obtain a Cash Card you must be 18 or older.
You can easily toggle your Cash Card Off from the Cash App by tapping on the Cash Card and toggling the "Enable Cash Card" switch to off.
When using your Cash Card to withdraw funds, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn at an ATM is $250.00 per transaction, $250.00 per 24 hour period, $1,000.00 per week, and $1,250.00 per month.
While the Cash Card itself does not have any additional fees for withdrawing funds from an ATM, the fees the ATM charges will still apply.
The PIN used for your Cash card is the same as the PIN you set for your Cash app. If you haven’t set a PIN yet or don’t remember it, you can edit it at any time from the app.
With Cash Card you can get cash back at stores that offer this service. To do so, you just need to run the card as a debit card and enter your PIN.
Use your Cash Card with Apple Pay to make it easy to pay anywhere Apple Pay is accepted.
Currently, the Cash Card is not compatible with Google Pay. We do not have an estimated timeline when Google Pay will be supported at this time.
