For shareholders of Unilever NV (UN), we wanted to provide an update on your holdings. Unilever NV (UN) has been acquired by its co-parent company, Unilever PLC (UL). As a result, Unilever NV (UN) was delisted from the New York Stock Exchange prior to the market opening on 11/30/2020. Unilever stock will resume trading as Unilever PLC under the symbol UL. On 12/1/2020, Unilever NV shareholders received 1 share of UL for every 1 share of UN previously held. Fractional shareholders received UL shares proportional to their holdings of UN.
