CBS Corporation and Viacom Inc. have decided to merge into one new company, ViacomCBS Inc. CBS Corporation shareholders will see a name change from CBS to ViacomCBS and symbol change from CBS to VIAC. You will no longer be able to buy or sell CBS stock.
