Viacom Inc. and CBS have decided to merge into one new company, ViacomCBS Inc. As a shareholder of Viacom you will see a name change from Viacom to ViacomCBS and symbol change from VIAB to VIAC. You will also receive 0.59625 VIAC shares for every 1 share of VIAB you previously owned. There’s no need to worry though.
