If you're having trouble locating a payment in your Cash App activity, it may have been sent to a different phone number or email address associated with you.

Please check in the Profile > Personal section of your Cash App (hint: tap the icon in the upper-left on the home screen) to view the phone number or email address associated with your Cash App. From here, you can add a missing email address or phone number to claim the payment.
