Merchants such as hotels and gas stations may put a temporary hold on Cash Card payments. Funds will be automatically credited to your Cash App when the hold is released. This usually occurs within 7-10 business days.

Please contact the merchant to release this hold.

To view your Cash Card transaction history in a format (CSV) that can be presented to the merchant:

  1. Visit www.cash.app/account from a desktop browser
  2. Sign in with your phone number or email address
  3. Click Statements in the top-right corner
  4. Click Export CSV
