To change your $Cashtag:
- Tap the profile icon on your Cash App home screen
- Select Personal
- Tap the $Cashtag field
- Choose a new $Cashtag
- Tap Set to confirm
$Cashtags can only be changed twice. Prior versions become inactive so that they can’t be claimed by another customer. You can switch back to a previous $Cashtag anytime.
