Turn Off Requests

You can turn off payment requests or edit who can send them to you.

To update your request settings in-app:

1. Tap the profile icon on the Cash App home screen
2. Select Privacy & Security
3. Scroll down and toggle Incoming Requests on or off
4. If toggled on, select whether to receive requests from your Contacts or from Anyone

To change those settings online:

1. Log into your Cash App account at cash.app/account
2. At the bottom of the left toolbar, click Account to open your settings
3. In the Privacy and Security section, toggle on/off Incoming requests
4. If toggled on, select whether to receive requests from your Contacts or from Anyone
