Account Settings
Tap the profile icon on your Cash App home screen to adjust your profile photo, contact information, Security Lock and
notification settings.
To update your contact information:
Tap the profile icon on your Cash App home screen
Select Personal
Tap the email address or phone number you wish to change
Tap Add Phone or Email to update
Your Cash App account can be associated with multiple phone numbers and email addresses. If the phone number or email is
associated with another account, we may need additional confirmation in order to transfer it to your current account.
Require a PIN or Touch ID to make payments from your Cash App. To do so:
Tap the profile icon on your Cash App home screen
Select Privacy & Security
Toggle the Security Lock on
Enter your PIN or Touch ID
To reset your Cash PIN:
Tap the profile icon on your Cash App home screen
Select Privacy & Security
Tap Chase Cash PIN
Follow the prompts
To view your payment limits:
Tap the Profile Icon on your Cash App home screen
Select Limits
To allow push, text or email notifications:
Tap the profile icon on your Cash App home screen
Tap Notifications
Toggle how you'd like to receive notifications
If you'd like to turn off or edit who is able to send you requests:
Tap the profile icon on your Cash App home screen
Select Privacy & Security
Scroll down and toggle Incoming Requests on or off
If toggled on, select whether to receive requests from your Contacts or from Anyone
If you’d like to block a person from sending payments or requests to you:
Tap the Activity tab on your Cash App home screen
Tap on their profile picture in your activity feed
Scroll to the bottom of their profile and select Block
To unblock someone you’ve previously blocked, follow the same steps and select Unblock.
To contact Cash Support through the App:
Tap the profile icon on your Cash App home screen
Select Support
Navigate to your issue
Tap Contact Support
