Your account might have been created using a different phone number or email address. If you’ve recently changed either, you will need to sign in using the phone number or email connected to that account. To do so:

  1. Tap the profile icon on your Cash App home screen
  2. Tap Sign Out
  3. Then enter the phone number or email associated with the account you wish to access
  4. Follow the prompts
