<p>If you noticed a Cash App Card payment you did not authorize we recommend contacting the merchant immediately to cancel the pending transaction. Once canceled, it can take up to 10 business days (14 calendar days) for Cash App to receive the refund.  If you have any questions before the 10 days have passed please reach out directly to the merchant.</p>
<p>If you need to prevent further card transactions, report your card as stolen via the app:</p>
<ol>
<li>Go to the Card tab on your Cash App home screen</li>
<li>Select Get card support</li>
<li>Select Report your card</li>
<li>Choose Card stolen/compromised or Card missing</li>
<li>Follow the prompts</li>
</ol>
