If a Boost is missing from one of your purchases, you are able to submit it for review from the Cash App directly. To do so
- Tap on the clock icon in the upper right corner.
- Scroll and tap on the relevant payment.
- Tap the three dots in the upper right corner and then tap Missing Boost.
Once your request is submitted, our team will review the purchase and you’ll be notified about the status of your reimbursement directly through the app.
