Your account might have been created using a different phone number or email address. If you’ve recently changed either, here’s how to merge your accounts:

  1. Tap the profile icon on your Cash App home screen
  2. Scroll down and select Personal
  3. Add any missing phone numbers or email addresses

If you no longer have access to your old email address or phone number to receive your sign-in code, please follow these steps:

  1. Create a new account
  2. Tap the profile icon on your home screen
  3. Select Something Else
  4. Select Can't Access Account
  5. Tap Contact Support
