Accessing Your Account

If you can no longer access your account it could be because your account might have been created using a different phone number or email address.

If you recently changed either, you will need to sign in using the phone number or email connected to the account. To do so:

  1. Select the profile icon on your Cash App home screen

  2. Locate and select Sign Out

  3. Then enter the phone number or email associated with the account you wish to access

  4. Follow the prompts

If you’re unable to use the phone number or email connected to the account you can recover your account within the app. You can complete any of the prompts that are listed to regain access to the account.

To recover your account:

  1. Log out of the current account to get back to the login screen

  2. Select the “...” icon for more settings at the top-right corner of the screen

  3. Select “Get help logging in”

  4. Choose how we should look up your account

  5. Complete any of the prompts to confirm and verify your account
