Sponsors can enable or disable their sponsored account’s access to the Cash Card and other features under the Controls and Limits section of the Family Hub.
- Tap the profile icon
- Select Family
- Tap Controls and Limits
Sponsors can also reach out to Cash App’s Support team to disable the sponsored account’s Cash Card, or terminate their Cash Card and Direct Deposit, and cancel sponsorship.
Managing Sponsored Accounts
Once a sponsored account is approved, sponsors can view and interact with their sponsored accounts in the Family section.
For sponsored accounts, the Family page will show their sponsor. From the Family page, one can request sponsorship, or request funds from their sponsor.
Disputes and Sponsored Accounts
If a sponsored account needs to dispute a payment or transaction, the customer or their sponsor can reach out to Cash App’s Support team to open a dispute claim. To learn more about how to open a dispute, read more here.
