What to Expect

A recruiter will review your resume and email you about the next steps in the interview process or let you know it’s not a fit this time around. Either way, you’ll hear from us!

A recruiter or hiring manager will call you to talk about your career interests and the details of the open role. Afterwards, they will prep you for the next steps.

For some roles, we offer a take-home component. For Customer Success roles, you may be asked to demonstrate the writing skills you’d use to support our users. For Engineering roles, you’ll solve a coding problem on your own, or on a video call in a real time coding environment, collaborating with a Cash App engineer.

Your “onsite” interview may be virtual or in-person. We’ll try to find out as much as possible about the way you work, think and collaborate. On the flip side, you’ll get to know us! You’ll meet several interviewers from different teams.

For design and writing roles, you may be asked to present your portfolio to a group of designers and engineers.

If it turns out there’s an opportunity at Cash App that fits your skills and your goals, your recruiter will email you an offer letter.
