Get it A$AP Offer Terms

Offer provider: Block, Inc., formerly known as Square, Inc., 1955 Broadway Street, Suite 600, Oakland, California 94612 (“Cash App”). 

These terms (“Terms”) apply to Cash App’s ‘Get it A$AP’ offer through which Cash App may randomly select you (“you” or “Recipient”) to receive between $10 and $200 to partially pay off an eligible Cash App Afterpay (“Afterpay”) purchase (“Promotional Payment”), subject to these Terms, including the Eligibility criteria below (the “Offer”). 

If you are reading these Terms, you received a push notification directly from Cash App. Only Recipients who receive this communication and who meet the Eligibility Criteria below for the Promotional Payment will receive the Promotional Payment during the Promotional Payment Period (as such term is defined below).

Promotional Payment Period: Starting at 6 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PT") and ending no later than 11:59 p.m. PT on June 6, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Purchase: 

    • An active Afterpay pay-in-4 purchase or past Cash App Card purchase converted into an installment loan purchase in repayment as of June 6, 2025 (“Eligible Purchase Period”).

    • The Eligible Purchase must be in active repayment with an outstanding balance and must not have been refunded by the merchant. Past payments are not eligible for this Offer.

  • Territory: the Offer is only available to legal United States residents in the following states: 

    • Afterpay pay-in-4 purchases: the fifty (50) United States (“U.S.”) and the District of Columbia.

    • Past Cash App Card purchases: AK, AR, AZ, DC, DE, FL, ID, IN, KY, LA, MI, MO, MS, MT, NH, OH, OK, TN, UT.

  • Recipient age: Eighteen (18) years of age or older

  • You must have an “Eligible Cash App Account”, i.e., a Cash App account that has successfully completed identity verification steps and has a physical address on file, and does not have an unresolved B-notice(s) associated with the account.   • Limitations

    • One (1) Eligible Purchase per Eligible Cash App Account. Each Eligible Cash App Account may only receive one (1) Promotional Payment. 

    • Your Eligible Cash App and Afterpay accounts must be in good standing and your Eligible Cash App Account must not have been deactivated or terminated by Cash App prior to and during the Eligible Purchase Period and the Promotional Payment Period.

    • Cash App Business accounts are not eligible. 

    • Recipients with late payments on current orders are not eligible.

    • Government officials and Cash App vendors are not eligible.

    • Cash App, and its parent, successors, affiliates, subsidiaries, trustees, and client financial institutions, and their respective parent companies, divisions, successors, affiliates, subsidiaries, trustees, and corporate partners, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, members, managers, shareholders, contractors, and employees (collectively, the “Released Entities”), and each of their immediate family members (spouse or partner, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses or partners, regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same households of each of these individuals, whether related or not, are not eligible for this Offer.

Rejecting the Offer: You will have the opportunity to decline the Offer for any reason or if you encounter any issues, please contact Cash App Support through your Cash App, visit cash.app/help, or call 1-800-969-1940. 

Taxes: The value of this Promotional Payment may be considered taxable income and Recipients are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable federal, state and local taxes. You may be required to provide, at Cash App’s request, certain information to facilitate receipt of the Promotional Payment, including completing and submitting any tax or other forms (including but not limited to Form W-9), necessary for compliance with applicable withholding and reporting requirements. Under applicable law, Cash App may issue Form 1099 (or other appropriate form) that reflects the total value of the Promotional Payment. Cash App does not provide tax advice. Recipients should consult with their tax advisor regarding their personal circumstances and any tax consequences of accepting the Promotional Payment.  

Release: Recipients release and hold harmless Released Entities from any claims, actions, injury, loss, or damage of any kind, resulting, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of a Promotional Payment. This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income or profit; loss or damage to property; and claims of third parties. Recipients agree that Released Entities have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express or implied (including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular purpose), in fact or in law, relative to the Promotional Payment.

The Released Entities are not responsible or liable to any Recipient or any person claiming through such Recipient for failure to supply the Promotional Payment or any part thereof in the event that Cash App’s operations or activities are affected, as determined by Cash App in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, by reason of any acts of God, any action, regulation, equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, war, fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any law, rule, regulation, order or other action adopted or taken by any governmental, federal, state or local government authority, or any other cause, whether or not specifically mentioned above.

Disputes; Governing Law. BY ACCEPTING THIS OFFER, YOU AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN YOU AND ANY RELEASED ENTITIES ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE OFFER, OR ANY PROMOTION PAYMENT, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, (IF ANY), NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND YOU HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (4) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflicts of laws rules. The parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the City of Oakland and County of Alameda, California, or federal court for the Northern District of California. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.

Miscellaneous; Notices. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the balance of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. Notices to Cash App must be in writing addressed to the attention of Block, Inc. at 1955 Broadway Street, Suite 600, Oakland, CA 94612, Attention: Legal.

Additional Information

Cash App reserves the right to cancel or modify this Offer at any time if you become ineligible for the Offer during the Eligible Purchase Period and/or the Promotional Payment Period. First Electronic Bank is not a provider of this Promotional Payment and is in no way responsible for the administration of the Offer or Promotional Payment.
