If you’re 18 or older, you can order a Cash App Card right away. If you’re between 13 and 17, you can order a Cash App Card with a sponsored account. To get a card, you need to have a physical mailing address, not a P.O. box.

When your card arrives within 10 business days with standard free shipping, remember to activate it and add money to your Cash balance so you’re ready to buy tickets.

To make sure you’re ready for an upcoming Cash App presale, make sure to activate your card by scanning the QR code that came with your card or entering your CVV code and expiration date in the app. 

Add money to your Cash balance using the app or website (cash.app). Just go to the Money tab, then tap Add money.

If a presale is coming up soon, you may be able to access your virtual card in the app, or add your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay to make online purchases.

After you order your Cash App Card, it should arrive in the mail within 10 business days. If a Cash App presale is happening before your card arrives, you can use your virtual card in the app. You’ll need the first 9 digits of your Cash App Card to use as your presale code.
