Cash App Communities Series Continues with Three New Stories of Connection and Financial Empowerment
November 17, 2025
Cash App has launched the second edition of “Cash App Communities” with three new films that showcase how Cash App enables meaningful connections and financial empowerment across communities nationwide. The latest installments—"Teens on the Green," "OperaCréole," and "Bella on the Boardwalk: The Vega Family"—highlight how the platform serves as an essential link for families, cultural organizations, and friend groups pursuing their passions together.
Each film emphasizes Cash App's core functionality—peer-to-peer payments, financial tools for teens*, and payment solutions—while centering the human stories that make these features meaningful. The series reflects Cash App's commitment to serving as a financial services platform that meets communities where they are, supporting everything from teenage friendships to cultural preservation to family financial education.
All three films, which were developed in partnership with creative studio and production company" Even/Odd, will air across the vast majority of premium linear TV channels as well as in national cinema before holiday blockbusters such as Wicked For Good, Avatar: Fire and Ash and Marty Supreme. Shorter cutdowns will also be seen across additional social and streaming channels such as YouTube and Twitch.
*Teens 13 to 17 can use Cash App with sponsorship by an eligible parent or guardian.
