Karol G Presale has ended

To access presale tickets, find your show on the main tour site and enter the first 9 digits of your Cash App Card into the passcode box on the event page. You must also use your Cash App Card at checkout. You must use an active Cash App Card (physical or digital) to enter the presale and use your Cash App Card to purchase the tickets. Customers are limited to one order per Cash Card, with a limit of 6 tickets per order.

You may use your physical Card Card or your virtual Cash App Card information located in the Cash App Card tab of your app. Make sure you have enough funds in your balance to purchase the tickets.

There are a limited number of tickets available during the Cash App Card presale. The general on-sale for the tour starts on June 9.

The Cash App Card is a free to order, customizable debit card. It can be used everywhere Visa Debit is accepted, both online and in stores.

Your Cash App Card can be used as soon as you order it by using the card details found in the Cash App Card tab.

To order yours:

1. 1. Tap the Cash App Card tab on your Cash App home screen
2. 2. Press Get Cash App Card
3. 3. Tap Continue
4. 4. Follow the steps

Your new Cash App Card will be ready to use online immediately.

To activate your card using the QR code it came with:

1. 1. Tap the card tab on your Cash App home screen
2. 2. Tap the image of your Cash App Card
3. 3. Tap Activate Cash App Card
4. 4. Tap OK when your Cash App asks for permission to use your camera
5. 5. Scan the QR code

If you no longer have the QR Code:

1. 1. Tap the card tab on your Cash App home screen
2. 2. Tap the image of your card
3. 3. Tap Activate Cash App Card
4. 4. Tap Use CVV Instead
5. 5. Enter the CVV code and expiration date of your new Cash App Card

Before purchasing tickets, make sure to add money to your Cash balance.

Here’s how:

2. 2. Press Add Cash
3. 3. Choose an amount
4. 4. Tap Add
5. 5. Use Touch ID or enter your PIN to confirm

No, customers who purchase tickets through the Cash App Card presale do not need to register for Ticketmaster Verified Fan. The presale gives you access to some of the best seats in each venue. All you need in order to access them is an active Cash App Card and enough money in your Cash App balance to cover the costs of the tickets, no Ticketmaster Verified Fan registration required.
