Cash App Offers Terms

These Offers Terms and Conditions (the “Offers Terms”) are subject to, and incorporated into, the Cash App Terms of Service (“Cash App Terms”), and the Cash App Terms are applicable in their entirety to any Offer.

We may amend these Offers Terms from time to time by posting a revised version and updating the “Last Updated" date above. The revised version will be effective on the “Last Updated" date listed above. We will provide you with notice we deem reasonable, in our sole discretion, of any change to these Offers Terms, which may include notification through our app, website, email, or SMS. If you disagree with these changes, you may discontinue your use of Offers at any time. If you continue using Offers, you consent to any changes of these Offers Terms.

  1. Participating in Offers. Within Cash App, we may display certain Offers to you. Not all customers will be shown all Offers. Each Offer has its own terms and unique requirements that must be met for you to be eligible for the Offer. Instructions for redeeming each Offer will be shown to you in the app. Please read the instructions and the specific Offer terms carefully.

  2. Offers by Payment Method. Offers may be made available in connection with different Cash App payment methods, including (i) your Cash App Card, including transactions made using your Cash App Tag, which are treated as Cash App Card transactions (“Card-Based Offers”), and (ii) Cash App Pay (“Cash App Pay Offers”). Each Offer is only valid when used with the specific payment method identified in the Offer. Card-Based Offers may only be redeemed when you complete an eligible transaction using your Cash App Card or Cash App Tag, as applicable. Cash App Pay Offers may only be redeemed when you complete an eligible transaction using Cash App Pay.

    If you use a different payment method than the one specified in the Offer, you will not be eligible to receive the Offer, even if all other Offer requirements are met.

  3. Cash App Green Custom Offers. For customers who qualify for Cash App Green (as set forth in Section XIX (Cash App Green) of the Cash App Terms), Cash App may provide additional custom Offers as part of their Cash App Green benefits at its discretion. Due to the customized nature of these Offers, not all Cash App Green customers will be shown the same Offers, and not all Offers will be available to each Cash App Green customer. 

You will not be eligible for an Offer if your transaction does not meet all requirements for the Offer.

  1. Offers Limitations. Offers may only be available a limited number of times during a specified period. Certain items, product categories, payment methods, and check out types may be ineligible for Offers. Certain Offers require checking out from the browser available in Cash App. For these Offers, you will not be eligible for the Offer if you checkout using a payment intermediary (such as PayPal). In some cases, you may be required to have an Offer active at the time of purchase to be eligible for the Offer.

  2. Offers Availability. Offer availability may fluctuate based on a variety of factors such as your location and your transaction history. The existence of an Offer does not guarantee its continued availability and we may remove any or all Offers at any time within our sole, unlimited discretion, and without any prior notice to you. Offers may contain estimated expiration dates and we reserve the right to remove Offers prior to the stated expiration date for any reason and without notice to you.

  3. Receiving your Offer. In most cases, you will receive your Offer immediately upon the completion of an eligible transaction; however there may be a delay in some cases. If you believe you have not received an offer on a qualifying transaction, please notify Cash App support by selecting the transaction within the activity feed in the app and clicking the Missing Offer button.

  4. Misuse of Offers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate, in our sole discretion, your Cash App account if we suspect that you have abused Offers or acted inconsistently with the Cash App Terms, the Offers Terms, or applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to, using automated or fraudulent means to receive an Offer and making any misrepresentation to us in connection with your use of Offers.
