Can I spend the money right away?

When you close your pool, you transfer the money to your Cash balance, where it’s ready to put toward your goal. Money can’t be transferred out of a pool until it’s closed.

Is there a deadline or expiration?

Can people see who has paid?

Is there a fee?

If you contribute to a pool with a credit card, including using one with Apple Pay or Google Pay, a 3% credit card fee applies.

What happens if I don’t meet the goal?

Even if a pool doesn’t meet its goal, you can close it and transfer the money to your Cash balance. People will no longer be able to contribute to your pool.
