Cash App in Spanish Terms and Conditions

Block, Inc. (“Block”) is offering a limited Spanish language version of Cash App (“Cash App Spanish”), currently available to Cash App customers. You should consider whether Cash App Spanish is appropriate for your use. To use the English version of Cash App, change your mobile device’s language settings to English. 

By using Cash App Spanish, you understand, acknowledge, and agree that it: (i) is made available to Cash App customers as a courtesy, for your convenience; (ii) may vary from and/or have more limited functionality, availability, and content than the English version; (iii) provides limited customer support in Spanish, and certain products (including, without limitation, Investing and Taxes), support services, correspondences, agreements, terms, disclosures, and/or functionalities may only be available in English; (iv) is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law; and (v) may use generative AI or AI translation assistance for Spanish-language translations, which may contain errors or inaccuracies and no guarantee is made as to the accuracy or completeness of the translation.  

You further understand, acknowledge, and agree that: (i) Block may modify, suspend, or discontinue Cash App Spanish in part or in its entirety at any time, with or without notice; (ii) the English version of Cash App and the English version of all agreements, terms, and disclosures govern your Cash App account; and (iii) you have read and understood the English language agreements, terms, and disclosures governing your Cash App account.

English-Only Products
Certain Cash App and Afterpay products are only available in English at this time (each, an “English-Only Product”). By using an English-Only Product, you understand, acknowledge, and agree that Block, Inc. and any applicable subsidiaries or third-party partners do not offer the English-Only Product in Spanish at this time. You further understand, acknowledge, and agree that all language documents, legal agreements, disclaimers, correspondence, and/or other services or functionalities are only available in English. To use the English version of Cash App, change your mobile device’s language settings to English.
