Cash App Robux Codes

These Cash App Robux Code Terms (the “Code Terms”) apply when you purchase a Roblox Robux redemption code (a “Code”) through Cash App. If these Code Terms conflict with the Cash App Terms of Service, these Code Terms control only as to your purchase and use of a Code, to the extent permitted by law.

1. Eligibility and availability

Codes are only available for purchase by eligible Cash App customers who are 18 years of age or older and located in the United States. We may limit access to the feature, including through a phased rollout, and may impose or change purchase limits as disclosed in the Cash App experience.

Codes are not available for purchase by Sponsored Persons (as defined in the Cash App Terms of Service), including customers who are 18 but remain in sponsored status. A sponsor or other eligible adult may purchase a Code and share the Code with a Sponsored Person, but Cash App may deliver the Code only to that adult purchaser.

Purchase limits. You can buy up to $100 USD in Codes within a one week period. This limit is aggregated across all Cash App accounts you may have, and is in addition to applicable Cash App Pay restrictions. We reserve the right to modify or establish purchase thresholds as allowed under governing law.

Codes are distributed only in the United States. A Code may be redeemed only where Roblox makes its platform and redemption site available.

2. What you are purchasing

Each Code made available in this feature has a face value of $10 USD and is redeemable for 1,000 Robux, Roblox’s in-game virtual currency. Cash App may offer other Code amounts only if expressly shown in the purchase experience.

A Code is not cash, a Cash App Balance, or a general-purpose payment instrument. It is redeemable only for Robux on the Roblox platform; it is not redeemable for Roblox Credit, a Roblox Premium subscription, or other products or services unless Roblox expressly permits otherwise.

3. Purchase, delivery, and access to your Code

When you confirm a Code purchase, you authorize Cash App to charge your selected payment method. After a completed purchase, Cash App will assign an unused Code to you. We will deliver the Code to the email address or phone number associated with your Cash App account, and make the Code available through your Cash App Activity feed or transaction receipt.

You are responsible for protecting your Code. Treat it like cash: anyone who obtains the Code may be able to redeem it. Cash App cannot see who ultimately redeems a Code or how Robux received after redemption are used.

4. Redeeming your Code

To redeem a Code:

  1. Go to roblox.com/redeem from your browser

  2. Log in or sign up for a new account

  3. Find your Robux PIN and enter it on the website

  4. Click redeem. A success message will appear when you’ve successfully added Robux to your account

You must have a Roblox account to redeem and use a Code. If you do not have a Roblox account, you can create one at www.roblox.com. Roblox’s terms, community standards, privacy practices, account requirements, and other policies apply to your Roblox account and use of Robux. Cash App does not operate Roblox or control its platform, accounts, availability, or redemption process. 

5. Code restrictions

  • No expiration. Codes do not expire.

  • No cash redemption. Codes are not redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law.

  • No resale. You may not resell a Code.

  • Single-platform use. Codes may be redeemed only through Roblox at https://www.roblox.com/redeem, or another redemption location Roblox designates.

  • No partial redemption. A Code is redeemed all at once; partial redemption is not available.

  • No replacement for loss or misuse after delivery. Do not share a Code with anyone you do not trust. Cash App generally cannot replace a Code that is lost, stolen, disclosed, transferred, or redeemed after it has been delivered, except as required by law or as otherwise provided in these Code Terms.

6. Refunds, cancellations, and transaction errors

All Code sales are final. Once a Code has been delivered, it generally cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded, including if you do not use it or give it to someone else. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law or under the Cash App Terms of Service.

If you believe a Code purchase was unauthorized, you did not receive a Code, you were charged incorrectly, or there is another error with the Cash App payment or delivery of a Code, contact Cash App Support promptly. Cash App will handle eligible notices of error and unauthorized transaction claims as required by applicable law and the Cash App Terms of Service. We may ask for information needed to investigate your report, depending on the type of error alleged.

7. Getting help

Contact Cash App Support for help with:

  • a charge you do not recognize or believe was unauthorized;

  • a payment, billing, cancellation, or Cash App account issue;

  • not receiving the Code email; or

  • finding a Code you purchased in your Cash App Activity feed or transaction receipt.

To contact Cash App Support, use the Support option in Cash App or visit https://cash.app/help. When you contact us, include the transaction date, amount, and any relevant Code purchase details. Do not share your full Code in a support request, chat or email.

Contact Roblox Support for help with:

  • redeeming a Code on Roblox;

  • a Code Roblox says was already redeemed;

  • a Code that does not work at redemption;

  • a Roblox account, Robux, or Roblox-platform issue; or

  • Roblox redemption instructions.

For Code-redemption assistance, contact Roblox at [email protected] or [email protected]. Roblox may change its support contact information; if it does, Cash App may update these Code Terms or the applicable support experience.

Cash App and Roblox may need to coordinate to investigate a Code issue. Cash App may ask Roblox to confirm whether a Code was validly redeemed. That confirmation does not identify the person who redeemed the Code.

8. Changes, suspension, and inventory

We may suspend, limit, or discontinue Code purchases; change eligibility or purchase limits; or cancel a purchase before delivery where permitted by law, including to prevent fraud, misuse, security risks, or violations of these Code Terms or the Cash App Terms of Service. Code availability is subject to inventory.

9. Other terms

The Cash App Terms of Service, including their dispute-resolution provisions, apply to these Code Terms and your Code purchase. Nothing in these Code Terms changes any non-waivable consumer rights.
