1. Sponsor. The $15 added to your cash balance (the "Offer") is provided by Block, Inc., formerly known as Square, Inc., 1955 Broadway Street, Suite 600, Oakland, California 94612 ("Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Offer Period. The Offer is available from 11/1/2026 at 12:00 PT through 12/31/26 at 11:59 PT (the "Offer Period"). Cash App card (1) order must be made by 12/31/26 and card (2) activation must be completed by 1/30/27 11:59 PST.
3. Eligibility. The Offer is open to new Cash App card account holders who are 13 to 18 years of age and are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. For purposes of the Offer, a "new customer" means anyone who does not have a Cash App card at the time of the offer. The Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. What You Receive. Eligible customers who satisfy the conditions in these terms will receive $15 cash bonus in their Cash balance. Every customer who meets the stated conditions receives the same benefit. The Offer is not a sweepstakes or a contest, and no prize is awarded.
5. How to Redeem. To redeem the Offer, enter TEAM15 promotion code upon sign up, complete sponsorship with a parent or guardian, and order & activate a Cash card. Promotion codes are [valid for multiple customers] and may not be sold, auctioned, or transferred. We are not responsible for codes that are lost, misdirected, or not received.
6. Minimum Purchase and Limits. Limit [1] per customer, [1] per account during the Offer Period.

8. No Cash Value; Not Transferable. The Offer has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred, resold, or assigned. The Offer cannot be applied retroactively to purchases completed before the start of the Offer Period.
9. Combination With Other Offers. The Offer may not be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion, or promotion code.
11. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds. If you return or cancel a purchase made with the Offer, you will receive a refund back to your cash balance equal to the $15 dollar amount value of the Offer. For any returns or cancellations of a purchase made with the offer Standard Playon Sports return and refund policies will apply.
12. Taxes. You are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with your purchase. The value of the Offer may be treated as a discount for tax purposes; consult your own tax advisor.
13. Changes and Termination. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including where the Offer cannot be administered as planned. Where we do so, we will not reduce or withdraw a benefit already earned by a customer who has completed all conditions for redemption, except as required by law or as described in Section 14.
14. Errors, Fraud, and Abuse. We reserve the right to void redemptions, cancel orders, and disqualify customers where we determine in our reasonable discretion that the Offer has been redeemed through error, tampering, fraud, automated means, duplicate or fictitious accounts, resale of codes, or any other abuse of the Offer or breach of these terms. In the event of a pricing, printing, or administrative error, the terms of the Offer as stated in this document control.
15. Disputes; Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of California without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. City of Oakland and County of Alameda, California, or federal court for the Northern District of California, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
16. General. The Offer is subject to the https://www.maxpreps.com/terms-of-use/ and the Playon Sports Privacy Policy, available at https://playonsports.com/general/privacy-policy. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms are the complete statement of the Offer and supersede any other description of it.
