Right to Refund for New York Residents

If Block, Inc., formerly known as Square, Inc. (“the Company” or “Cash App”) does not forward the money received from you within 10 days of the date of its receipt, or does not give instructions committing an equivalent amount of money to the person designated by you within 10 days of the date of the receipt of the funds from you unless otherwise instructed by you, then you, the customer, are entitled to a refund of the money to be transmitted as the result of this agreement . If your instructions as to when the moneys shall be forwarded or transmitted are not complied with and the money has not yet been forwarded or transmitted you have a right to a refund of your money. If you want a refund, you must mail your written request to Block, Inc. at Finance Department, at 1955 Broadway, Suite 600, Oakland, CA 94612 Toll-Free Number: 1-800-969-1940. The Company is licensed and regulated by the New York State Department of Financial Services (“DFS”) located at One State Street, New York, NY 10004-1511. Unresolved consumer complaints may be mailed to the DFS Consumer Assistance Unit, One State Street, New York, NY 10004-1511.

Bitcoin

Cash App shall provide you with a refund in the event Cash App fails to deliver your purchased bitcoin into your Cash App bitcoin wallet, or such delivery has been delayed by 24 hours. You shall not have a right to refund for a bitcoin transaction other than in connection with a failed or delayed delivery.
