Updated Terms of Service

We wanted to let you know we’ve made some updates to the following documents, including the Arbitration Agreements in each:

- Cash Sutton Bank Cardholder Agreement
- Cash App Visa Debit Flex Cardholder Agreement
- The Bancorp Bank, N.A. Cash App VISA Debit Flex Card Agreement

Please review the updated Terms of Service and Cardholder Agreements. These changes have been posted on our website and app and are effective immediately.

Here’s a summary of what’s changed:
1. We've clarified the procedures for opting out of arbitration.
2. We've included additional mass arbitration procedures.
3. We've reorganized and clarified certain sections of the Terms of Service.

By continuing to use Cash App, you agree to the updated Terms of Service and Cardholder Agreements (if you’re a cardholder), including the Arbitration Agreement in each document.
